Government CVRD Refuse waste site steel structure.

This building is the sorting facility for the CVRD Government Refuse waste site.

The steel structure holding the building up was rotting and the coatings were failing.

Our team went in to blast the old failed coatings and the mill scale from the steel beams and columns using a 30/60 Garnet to expose the metal for an inspection team to come in to detect any cracks.

The inspection passed and we later painted them with an epoxy coating to protect them from any further decay.
