Arbutus Ridge Seniors Resort

We had the challenge of blasting the blue pool paint off of this pool located at Arbutus Ridge Seniors Resort located in Mill Bay. Because of the sensitivities to dust and noise, we had the operation manager put out a memo a week in advance to all members who live on the resort. We used a 30/60 Garnet Sand Media to blast the blue paint down to the white plaster for the purpose of repainting, which is a mineral. Its density creates a lot less dust than other media’s such as Silica Sand. It’s also environmentally friendly.
