Yaletown Heritage Restoration

BLT Construction was contracted to renovate a heritage warehouse in old brick building located in the historic Yaletown area of Vancouver. 

Several members of the Vancouver Canucks were behind the project, destined to be a re-development of The Blue Water Cafe and Raw Bar. BLT specializes in renovating restaurants/hotels/shopping centers including:

• Holt Renfrew Ontario 
• Caesars Windsor’s Casino, Windsor Ontario 

Ocean Pacific was specifically chosen for the job based on experience in refinishing wood. Ocean Pacific used crushed glass media to remove old buildup of paint, water and smoke stains from the fir beams and columns. The resulting "raw wood" appearance will give the renovated interior a trendy heritage look.
